This week Year 11 Art and Photography pupils investigated the theme of Landscapes as part of their Year 12 Prep.
They learnt about focal points in an image, while creating interesting compositions with texture in the foreground, middle ground and background. Their brief was to create a series of images that used a circular format, as there are no straight lines in nature.
The results were beautiful and demonstrated the commitment these Year 11 pupils have shown to their new studies. All photos were taken on location and pupils exploited the atmospheric conditions and time of day to create unique and dramatic photographs.
