Medal No 1 - August 2015. Owen Richardson, Sherfield's new 6th Former, produces his best run of the season at the South of England under - 15 and under - 17 Championships held at Ashford in Kent winning gold in the under -17 400 meters. He took just 48.97 seconds to win the final by more than a second and moved up to fourth in the British rankings.
Medal No 2. September 2015. He wins his first national title claiming the 400 metres crown at the English Athletics under -15 and under -17 Championship at Bedford. He achieves a personal best of 48.13 seconds, more than half a second clear of the second placed runner.
Medal No 3. September 2015. He defends his Sainsbury School Games 400m title winning gold as he crossed the line in 48.73 seconds!
Medal No 4. September 2015. successfully defended his 4x400m title at the UK School Games in September - had the very important role of anchorman so had to 
work hard and pass a few people to win!
As if he hadn't won enough - OWEN ACHIEVED No. 1 IN THE UK RANKING for 400m (under 17 age group). What a fantastic achievement as he hit his 17th Birthday. Congratulations Owen for an incredible season - we are all very proud of you and look forward to your future success stories!!
