One of the biggest sporting events in the Sherfield Calendar is the ISA London West Cross Country. On Friday 4th February, we welcomed over 35 schools to our beautiful grounds for the day, where we had pupils from Year 3 – Year 13 competing. Despite a soggy start with downpours first thing, the event was deemed safe to continue and thankfully the weather improved to glorious sunshine. Our pupils of all ages, performed fantastically well showing real determination to finish the race to the best of their ability. A huge well done to all participants!

Year 8 – 9: Daisy A (4th), Lily-Mae LE (7th), Nic W (10th)
Open: Datrim W (5th) and Josh F (9th)
The event was a great success and we received lots of positive feedback from our pupils, parents and visitors. A huge thank you to our Director of Sport, Laura Shackel for all of the planning, preparation, and organisation of the day. Additionally thank you to the PE Department, facilities, catering, cleaning, administration, staff, Friends of Sherfield, Senior Prep Prefects and all of our helpful marshals and pupils on the day.
