The team have worked hard during the holidays to ensure the grounds are ready for the new term.
This has included new projects such as uncovering the amazing architecture of the walled garden which corresponds with the main gates and other parts of the beautiful Buckfield Manor House.
As you may have noticed we also worked on restoring the old English manor house feel by bringing the flower beds back to life with some amazingly colourful plants for spring and summer whilst planting some evergreen shrubs to ensure during the winter the site still looks brilliant.
The outside seating area has had a makeover with windows painted, decking treated and the grass fertilised, along with some additional furniture to allow the students to enjoy lunch outside if they so wish.
There is still lots of work to be undertaken within the buildings and around the grounds and we are very excited about continuing the improvements across Sherfield School. If you have any ideas regarding projects or would just like to give some feedback please do not hesitate to contact us facilities@sherfieldschool.co.uk.
