What an exciting end to the first spring half-term at Sherfield as we waved off our skiers on their trip to Italy!
Following on from the incredible performance of School of Rock at the Haymarket Theatre last week, I would like to once again thank all the performers, stage crew, costumes support, chaperones, lighting crew and anyone else who helped to make it such a great show. A special thanks also to Mr Reynolds of course and Mr Rampton for their inspiration and passion for our pupils. Thanks also to our Facilities team for transporting equipment and setting up the show.
As you can see from our newsletter this week, there have been many varied and engaging experiences. Year 3 were a delight at Stonehenge and really enjoyed their visit. Our Year 9 and 10 girls were successful in the ISA Hockey tournament where they won the ISA Shield. Sixth Form Senior Subject Prefects have been recognised whilst 12 students have been away on a Science visit to Geneva, Switzerland where they visited the European Organisation for Nuclear Research in Cern. Thanks also to parents who attended the Year 8/9 options evening on Tuesday evening.
Many thanks for your support this half term. Have a lovely break!
