Congratulations to Harry who has given a sterling performance on the ski slopes. In September, Harry won Silver for Sherfield in the U12 boys’ British Independent Schools Ski Race at Hemel Hempstead, also finishing in the top ten of the Junior category. This was a fantastic achievement as Harry was still settling into the first few weeks of his new school. A few weeks later, on 8th October, Harry won the final race of the U12 boys' category in the Southern Region Summer Series at Christchurch and was crowned the overall winner, having won four of the six races since April. He is now the U12 Boys’ Southern Regional Champion 2016.
This achievement means that Harry is placed in the top 30 racers across all age groups in the Southern Region, and he will now represent the area in a Tri-Region team event next weekend at Welwyn.
