During this current situation Shrihan, Year 3, has been very touched and wanted to do something for the Keyworkers. He's made 47 candles, one for every carer at Applewood Care Home. He made the candles (with a bit of help from mum), packaged them and handed them over to the care home. They were very happy with this gesture.
He has also written thank you notes to the delivery people and refuse collection staff and left sweets/soft drinks outside our house for them. He has written letters to his grandparents in India, keeping them updated about the situation, letting them know how much he was missing them and asking them to take care of themselves and not go out.
What an inspiration!
