On Wednesday 6th April, the Modern Languages department organised a French Easter Egg hunt for Year 7 pupils. The eggs were coloured in by Year 6 pupils Karabo and Victoria during MFL club last week, then they were hidden around the school’s grounds outside for the Year 7 pupils to find in their groups. Each egg had a letter on the back of it, and pupils were required to bring the egg to Mrs Ranchin-Meakin and Miss Howe to collect the corresponding French activity. Once the French task had been completed and checked, pupils went off again to search for further eggs. A big well done to all Year 7 pupils for braving the windy weather and completing many different French tasks! The winning group who found the most eggs and completed the most French activities was: Tabitha, Jeanette, Keo, Mia, and Annya. Well done to everyone for their superb enthusiasm and energy.
