We are looking to appoint graduates with a good degree in the subject they wish to teach. We recruit from a wide variety of sectors, including post-doctoral research, universities and industry and commerce.

Above all, we look for teachers who are passionate and knowledgeable about their subject and who delight in enthusing young people about learning.

For teaching staff, we offer:

  • the possibility of single accommodation at a subsidised rate on limited tenure

  • a reduced timetable in the first year and extensive professional development opportunities, which can include gaining a PGCE whilst working with us

  • There is the opportunity of subsidised education at the school for the children of staff (subject to the usual entry requirements).
